A passion for seafood

We only serve the finest fish and seafood available, and always procure responsibly from sustainable sources. We’re passionate about the fishing industry and recognise that we carry the responsibility to help maintain fish stocks for years to come.

For over 60 years Dick Barfoot has witnessed the popularity of fish and seafood change due to concerns over depleting stocks.

This knowledge and experience is invaluable, and allows us to offer expert advice and sustainable alternatives when produce becomes scarce.

To offer a wide choice of sustainable produce ranging from the finest day-boat fish landed in Cornwall (dover sole, brill, turbot, bass, bream etc.) to prime cod and haddock landed in Peterhead Scotland;

To source only the highest quality sustainable farmed produce including: salmon, halibut, bass and bream;

To make sure our lobster tank is always well stocked with a wide selection of premium native and Canadian lobsters;

To maintain close bonds with our network of costal and market suppliers who help us to source only the finest: crabs, langoustine, hand dived scallops, native oysters and all other molluscs and crustacea;

To have a full freezer stocked with everything from prawns, squid, breaded or battered fish, to premium produce like black cod and Alaskan red crab claws.
